Our Work
Each year nearly 2,000 cases of child abuse and neglect in Utah County are reported.
The Children's Justice Center provides a multidisciplinary approach to addressing child abuse, offering forensic interviews, medical exams, counseling, legal advocacy, and community resources all under one roof, ensuring comprehensive support for children and families navigating the complexities of abuse and trauma.
Our Services
Family Justice Center
Enable victims of crime (domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, etc.) to seek safety, healing, and self-sufficiency by improving timely access to essential community services, providing crisis intervention and support, educating victims about choices, and facilitating necessary legal intervention.
Therapy
One-on-one and group therapy sessions with master's level therapists and interns, tailored to address the specific emotional, psychological, and developmental needs of your child or family member.
Forensic Interview and Medical Exam
Your Donation Makes a Difference!
In addition to providing and maintaining both CJC buildings, your donation covers the cost of therapy, $100,000 or more per year, for children and families who cannot otherwise afford treatment.
Affiliated Organizations
The Utah County Children's Justice Center, a part of the Utah CJC Program administered by the Utah Attorney General, is an accredited chapter of the National Children's Alliance.
